Chasey, that was so sweet. You are lucky that you had the opportunity to get to know your great grandmom. Not many folks do. Mine passed away when I was about 16, and I have so many great memories of her and spending time at her house playing the piano, playing with her cat, etc. Simple things to some, but wonderful, priceless memories to me. And I'm sure yours are to you as well.

May I wish her a good night too. If she is like my grandmother, they are probably greeting each other as I write this. "this day you shall be with me in paradise". No waiting, no lines, just the open arms of Jesus waiting for us.

Sounds like you are comforted by the Lord and nothing else is needed, but if there is, I am here as a brother.
