Raiders & Invaders in Leonardtown

Very true and nicely put, which is what makes marketing so tricky. You can spend a #### ton of money, and it may or may not get you a return because creating interest is, as you said, an art.

Yeah. That's why, when you need to get people interested in something - or just make them aware of it - you find someone that's proven they're good at that and you just pay them. You don't say, well, I can do that myself. Maybe you can, but there's a good chance you can't - not as well, anyway.

I'm of course speaking in the context of commercial interests, not with situations such as what's been discussed in this thread - people trying to organize something as a public service of sorts. It often wouldn't make sense (or be viable) to pay a professional in such cases.

I didn't read too much about it because I knew I couldn't go but from the signs I thought it probably had something to do with a historic battle or something. For some reason I thought that redcoats would be all over the county, harrassing the locals, drinking grog at local watering holes, and possibly arresting people just for fun.

I've probably watched a little too much TURN.

I heard TURN is good. I want to watch it. I am hooked on SOA too.

It is good - you have to watch every episode though or you're lost. What's SOA - I'm getting laid off in two weeks and am ready to be hooked on something new.

wait a minute - Sons of Anarchy?

YES, Charlie Hunman (sp?) is hot hot hot!

Its going to be hard to loose weight if you're watching all that TV. We caught up on SOA on Amazon prime with our Blue Ray. We watched it whenever we wanted to which is good for us. We don't do well after 10pm either :)
