Would you let your 15 year old daughter go to a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert?

I already know what my answer is, but one of you might come up with a compelling reason to change my mind.

Who would be going with her?

I am the odd one here and I would let her go but I would take her or ask her dad to take her instead of her going with someone else's parent.

She'd be going with her boyfriend and the boyfriends' mom, who we're not entirely comfortable with.

If it was with a parent you entirely trusted, then yes. You are not comfortable with the adult supervision so no, of course.

:yeahthat: I'd let her go if I could trust the parent.

It's not nearly as bad as it used to be at the concerts.

Depends on where the concert is held and if they have assigned seats or General Admission.

Like what do you mean?

I went to concerts when I was that age - in fact I worked at the auditorium they were held at when I was that age. But it was a different time and Lincoln, NE didn't get too many wild concerts. There were more drugs and fights at school than there were at the concerts.

Larry, growing up in Laurel and seeing Ted Nugent and Priest at the Cap Center, had a different experience than I did.

Chili Peppers arent that bad, there are a lot worse concerts and types of music she could be into.

My mom took me and a buddy to an Aerosmith concert when we were like 15, but if you arent confortable with the adult she would be going with, I would say probably not.

You really shouldn't be giving Mikey a key to your house. :nono:
 There's a giant, fluffy, male Ruby hanging around and he stalks her when she goes to out to pooh. He has turned her world upside down.
