i worked at the tri county animal shelter thanks and i realy dont care about that if i want to put the time and money into my dog to breed him i think ill do just that i didnt ask for your thoughts about breeding him i just asked about registration so if you do not have any information about that than i dont need your information but thanks

pretty irresponsible attitude to have. "because you want to" does not outweigh the cost in LIVES that will be created and lost to the millions of dogs including pure bred dogs that are killed in shelters every year.

I have not shown dogs but to the best of my knowledge AKC type shows on conformation your dog needs to be AKC registered (Well I know this is true) ..I think in agility you don't have to have a registered dog..Anyway for any show that MEANS ANYTHING you need an AKC registered dog and you can only do that by contacting the breeder of your dog and getting a individual dog registration paper..they had to previously get a litter registration. And you need full registration papers not LIMITED..

Most breeders only sell with limited papers so her whole breeding idea might be a mute point. She should have gotten the papers when she got the dog and would know what she can and can not do with her dog. I registered my Malamute with AKC and just by typing in the Sire's AKC #, it showed that I could not breed or show my dog (Not that I was going to do either anyways).
