FBI agents reportedly searched through former first lady Melania Trump’s wardrobe during Monday’s raid of Mar-a-Lago, the Trump family’s residence in Florida.

Former President Donald Trump announced the FBI raided his home in a statement issued Monday.

In addition to searching through Trump’s office, FBI agents also combed through Melania Trump’s wardrobe.

As the New York Post reported:

FBI agents scoured Melania Trump’s wardrobe and spent several hours combing through Donald Trump’s private office, breaking open his safe and rifling through drawers when they raided the former First Family’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida Monday morning.

However, the search warrant was reportedly limited to finding presidential records as well as evidence of classified information being stored at Mar-a-Lago, the Post reported.

It wouldn't be surprising that the FBI is full of perverts. It has a history of it.

One of them was probably sifting through her lingerie and likely took all her panties out of the laundry hamper as well.

Yes she had better inventory her underwear.

Additionally, the agents refused to allow Trump’s lawyers inside the property to cool off. Instead, they were left in a parking lot outside the residence.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. That's just terrible. I feel so badly.

A lawyer for former President Trump said Tuesday that the FBI removed about a dozen boxes held at Mar-a-Lago, the Washington Post reports.

he FBI cannot issue a search warrant without approval from a federal judge. That means the Justice Department — which is engaged in multiple investigations into Trump and his allies — has probable cause that a crime was committed and that evidence exists at Mar-a-Lago.

The affidavit to obtain the search warrant, the intelligence source says, contained abundant and persuasive detail that Trump continued to possess the relevant records in violation of federal law, and that investigators had sufficient information to prove that those records were located at Mar-a-Lago—including the detail that they were contained in a specific safe in a specific room.

(In response to the Hillary Clinton email scandal, Trump himself signed a law in 2018 that made it a felony to remove and retain classified documents.)

The act establishes that presidential records are the property of the U.S. government and not a president's private property. Put in place after Watergate to avoid the abuses of the Nixon administration, the law imposes strict penalties for failure to comply. "Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined" $2,000, up to three years in prison or "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

Thats not how that works.
Trump can't just wave a wand and declassify documents.

You were so mad when you claimed Hillary did it now you believe anyone can just declare documents declassified?🤪
Yep, that's exactly what I said.

But since you brought it up, a sitting president is the only one who can declare a classified document declassified.

Now you're only 1/4 as smart as a moron. Keep going Mary !

Presidents never have/had a security clearance (same for VPs, Congress members, and Justices), the President is the authority for what is classified and can declassify anything they think is appropriate. Former Presidents are typically provided briefings/information on classified matters all the time as a courtesy (except under this administration).
:jameo: omg omg omg who do I believe....??
