This woman obviously has no real experience with childcare, otherwise she'd fall on her knees and kiss the ground you walk on. Maybe it's different now (or where you live) but, when my kids were little, it was hard to find good daycare and when I finally did, you better believe I went out of my way to make sure I picked my kids up on time, paid her promptly, and inconvenienced her as little as possible.

It's easy to find some dipshit that will let you run wild, but a responsible caregiver typically wants the trains to run on time.
