Antifa Valedictorian targeted Florida J6 rally with pipe bomb…
A man in full black bloc behaving suspiciously near a J6 rally outside the Pinellas County Courthouse in Florida was apprehended by deputies after he tried running away on foot.
Garrett James Smith, 22, was arrested and found carrying an active pipe bomb, Antifa propaganda and a written document on what to bring for his direct action. He had recently returned from Portland.
“He was running fast, he was running away from something,” Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said at a press conference on Friday. Bomb squad investigators from the FBI, Hillsborough County and Tampa Police responded to the scene and determined the device was a “homemade M-type destructive device.”
An executed search warrant of Smith’s residence he shares with his parents in Oldsmar, Fla. revealed more explosives, tape and nails for use in grenades. Bomb squad investigators from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and the Tampa Police responded to the home and determined the devices were homemade IEDs.

The streets of Portland, Oregon turned into a war zone in 2020 after the murder of George Floyd when protestors looted, ransacked and destroyed property around the city. The luxury retailer Louis Vuitton lost so much in damages, the company is still refusing to pay the city its 2020 taxes.
The Portland, Oregon store lost an estimated $300,000 worth of merchandise during the riots of which the extremely leftist, progressive city leaders did nothing to contain. The city filed a lawsuit against the French company on August 26 in Multnomah County Circuit Court.
The Complaint claims Louis Vuitton owes the city of Portland $23,825 in business taxes, penalties, and interest for 2020. The company also owes the county $18,443. Combined the company is $42,268 behind in city and county business tax payments for 2020, according to the lawsuit.

In the Antifa attack, which was captured by Townhall, the crowd broke windows, spray painted the building, and attempted to set fires in the street before Portland Police moved in to stop the attackers. Darrell Anthony Kimberlin was also plead guilty to vandalizing a Chipotle, an Umpqua Bank, and property that belonged to Arcadia security company the next month in 2021, according to KOIN.
Kimberlin will not be serving any jail time but he will have to pay $49,755 in restitution. He will also have 18 months in probation.
"Kimberlin’s extremist political views fueled him to commit crimes," said Multnomah County District Attorney spokesperson Elisabeth Shepard. "Those crimes landed him with a bill to pay back the very institutions his ideology decries. There is a bright line between freedom of speech and criminal intent. Kimberlin’s actions were on the wrong side of that line and now he’ll face the consequences. Justice was served today."

This is BULLSHEIT. People can riot, place police and firefighters in danger, pay a few bucks and walk? Justice was not served . The only thing that was served was that people with money can do anything they like, they just have to pay damages.
This ass whole should be serving jail time at least a year.
