woo hoo folks ... sounds like we'll all have a babysitter for when we have too much :martini: and

heck, i don't mind having it at the house, in all honesty ... but i only have a small grill outside of the kitchen ... if the stuff is gonna be cooked on the spot, I may need someone to bring another grill or two.

if anyone's interested, PM me and we'll get the ball rolling ... a sort of seafood thanksgiving!

Whatever batter you use don't forget the Old Bay! Makes everything better. I've got a 42 inch rockfish in my freezer waiting to be cooked.

I'm definately gonna beer batter some of it and they rest I'm gonna cook on the grill. Maybe make some grill packets and put some red and green pepper, lemon and some dill butter on it :shrug:
