Went for dinner again this weekend with a friend. I had the Grilled chicken sandwich on focaccia bread with the grilled veggies. It was delicious, the bread very fresh!As usual, the service was great, our waitress delightful.
We tried a beer sampler, and while my friend wasn't a fan of any of them - the Belgium Wit is my new favorite!
Picked up a growler of that this last Friday. Was very tasty.

Finally was in the area and got to go by there. Had a pizza and chili nachos with the homemade chips, both very good. I am a lager fan and loved the Marzen.

Went to the Duck tonight with friends and had a most wonderful time. I had the Argentine Chorizo sausage sandwich (on a perfectly crusty outside/soft on the inside bun) with a Chimichurri sauce, which was really good. I'd never had Chimichurri sauce before, and it was an excellent accompaniment. The sandwich was served with fries and I also chose the fresh sauteed veggies. (which I think included red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash & carrots).
After dinner, we moved outside to the patio for a drink - and enjoyed the the nice breeze, too. All in all - it was a great Ruddy Duck dinner with even greater company.

Damn! Went to Ruddy Duck last night. All I had was a steak salad and three of their brews. Got home and was on the toilet until 4am. Don't know if it was the beer or maybe unwashed lettuce.
dish soap can do that to you too. Could be the pint glasses didn't get rinsed well.

yeesh that sucks. Went there for the first time a few weeks back and was actually really impressed by the food & brews. Had heard some so so reviews so wasnt sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised.
Nor have I. Never had bad service, either.

What did you get that wasnt good? We've only been once and did just appetizers (calamari, duck spring rolls, ahi, & something else can't remember)...so I'd like to know what to avoid next time we go
They're good - crispy crunchy and not too oniony - but now it's more of a M&G cult thing than out of any real love on my part. I like their Mediterranean pizza.

I haven't been in so long that I can't even remember...I do recall getting an egg dish during brunch/lunch hours that was raw on the inside.
