I just bought a Ruger P90 W/ Stainless Steel Finish. Anyone have any experience with this handgun?

Are there any Pistol Ranges in the Southern Maryland area?

I've got a P94 40 cal S&W. Don't shoot it often because it makes the dogs howl for hours.

Sanners Lake.

Sanners is hard to get into. Unless you go on the weekends and shoot in the IDPA matches.. Even then, some of the range officers get nervous around new comers trying to break in a new firearm. I would suggest going to the indoor range in uppermarlbro.... Depending on where you live it might be a far drive, but its easier than Sanners

Find a farm, make friends with the farmer and ask if you can shoot on his property.

I have a p89 stainless in 9mm. Great gun and fun for plinking. Glad I still have farmer friends with gravel pits to shoot in.

Aren't the Hydra-Shok JHP supposed to just give them a little shock?

Expensive ammo to waste on a dog :lmao: Some winchester white box works great.... Specially if someone cant shoot worth a sh!t.

Oh, they're gonna love me then. I'm pickin up a new toy next week (I hope). Think I should warn them? I work with one of the Directors.

The St. Charles Sportsman Club has a nice range in the basement of Middleton Hall in Waldorf. Ask around, you may find a member willing to take you shooting there. Myrtle Grove Park had an outdoor range last I knew, but it's been YEARS since I was there.

I thought they closed it.
I think the still have the shotgun traps, but the rifle/pistol range at the approach end of runway 32 was torn down.

I have always been a revolver man but bought a 45 cal. Springfield Arms 1911-A1 loaded target model in black stainless and (if you will pardon the pun) is a blast. Let us know how you like it after you shoot it.
Got the reloader running and keeping the neighbors at bay...

Nice.... I enjoy the SA 1911 Ultra-compact myself. Great handgun, like all of Springfields products. I wouldnt mind purchasing the MIL spec in .38 super some time down the road. Just have to do it with out the misses finding out.
