Sanction....and removals of threads

ORGASM DONOR
Seems like everytime things don't go as planned threads get removed.
On the last part of the thread one of you complimented the barn on the site. It is owned by another gentleman, and only rented by the twosome.
I have a picture of the sanctioned man being talked to by the police as he was being escorted from this farm and this beautiful barn. I have the previous thread if anyone wants it, gotten used to things disappearing on this site. Like I said, if everyone follows the rules of society, life is smooth, to blame the RMHA for all of this twosomes bad behavior is stupid to say the least.....more to come, I will post the sanctions one day soon.....
Again, the sanction says they cannot show, sell, or be an agent to sell a rocky mountain horse, the RMHA, the UMH and more coming......and being an enabler for civil bad behavior, and possible criminal behavior.....not a good thing, THINK?

QUIT whineing:lmao:

So if someone is to get sanctioned any breeding, buying, & selling of a particular breed would be unable to be registered by these people.

Couldn't they just have the horses be registered under someone elses name?

I know with the Barney Ward situation & him being banned for life through the USEF any horses owned by him aren't even able to shown, but I guess once he sells them they could be shown? Not sure how the breeding associations handle that though.

I do not know what sanctioned is..Most associations call it..SUSPENDED and when suspended you can not transfer papers...or show etc...basically all paper work is "dead"

The RMHA is a privately owned organization and can do anything it pleases without justification, just like they can call stuff what ever pleases them. It's weird.

For instance, I've had my mares color typed by DNA, and "the club" REFUSES to change their color on their paperwork or in the database, "because it's too much trouble". And I'm not talking about a minor change, I'm talking about calling a palomino horse who doesn't carry silver (by DNA) which is a RED horse with cream, a Chocolate horse which is a black horse with silver on her paperwork. And calling a silver BAY horse a SORREL horse. These things are completely different genetically, but the "board" doesn't care. Too much trouble to change the paperwork. ya got me.

Couldn't they just require that they be DNA color tested before the papers are issued?

Parentage DNA is required at registration. Color DNA is separate. Other's have recommended that (if nothing else for silver status due to it's link to ASD). The club says "it's too costly" for breeders. I'm guessing it's the breeders who have several hundred foals registered a year. The "big" farms do indeed register many many babies a year. Certainly not cost effective, it's much easier for them to "guess" at color, and of course, never register a "sorrel" foal, because a registered "Red Chocolate" or "Chocolate" will sell faster, never mind the horse is as red as a cardinal. I bought one of these from one of the "big farms" as has CarefulOne, whose horse, if i'm not mistaken, has several major health and structural issues to deal with. No one is immune to these things.

I DO color DNA on everything BEFORE I register it, that is MY choice, because I want to know the correct color and silver status. I don't know how many other "breeders" do it. I can only speak for myself.

I think even though a response to this shouldn't be necessary, lets go into breed registries, whether they be paint, quarter, or rockymountain. And no this is not club, the RMHA, it was the beginning and holds the trademark to the name, and you are getting your registries mixed up. The KentuckyMountain registry is privately owned by Dave Stephanic. The RMHA has rules generated by a board of elected officials.

Now, part two. The RockyMountainHorse is a gaited horse breed. It is not a color breed. To do testing for safe breeding practices is one thing, but in this and any other registry, those who have warm bloods, quarterhorses, paints will know, when you register a horse you have a choice of possibly 6 or more colors. All horses fall within that range and you choose from those, you don't make up your own, whether from testing or not, no matter how important it is to you. In that case you advertise what your mares or stallions carry within the regisistered color, but it doesn't go on the papers. You pick from whatever your particular registry has....again, a GAITED BREED, not a COLOR BREED. Talk to those on the top, not on the bottom of the barrel. They'll tell you that the RockyMountainHorse has surpassed the stigma of only the chocolate are great....

Carefulone I understand you got a horse from these peeps..and lost your deposit..please explain how that happened...Any deposits I get are "Non Refundable"

I got ripped off, and your business is yours, and you probably fulfill your end of the bargain, my email gave me particulars to that so called deposit and they weren't fullfilled, I sued, won a judgement, they ran away from that judgement on the fact that they should be served in California, not on any facts, I had all the evidence, but the twosome didn't show up in court, instead they resold my horse to another woman in CA., the day they were to be in court....it now goes to a higher court, the authorities have given me direction. Lost my Mom this year, I'll wait until the new year to bother.....

Hopefully the RMHA will sanction people who use them, but then that's a board decision, not mine to make.

Why would they santion people that use them or have purchased from them?
sounds callous to me

She won't be two until next June, I'll wait until she's almost three to start her, just my preference.
