I would go with most necessary and routine upkeep first.
How old is the roof? A watertight roof is money in the bank.
Is the well pump causing problems? Is in a submersible?
Pumps are one of those things that can fail at 1 year or 25 years. I would run to failure especially if it is a submersible.
Screen porch is a DYI low cost thing (unless you don't have a porch to begin with)!
Stain/seal siding and deck. Another money in the bank! Sealing is cheap, replacement will cost!
Tankless water heater. Do it when you current water heater fails. Payback will be better.
No comment on the driveway but be careful of the "contractors"!
Backup generator. How often and how long are you out of power? Maybe a small standby will work for you. Not on any priority for me.

So to answer your question: 1. Roof if it is ready. 2. Stain and seal siding/deck. 3. Screen existing porch. I would let the rest go until the need arises.

Speaking of projects and Zee...

The tarp you made for us is great. Now we are waiting on the boys to make up their minds. They are annoying indecisive creatures like that.
They are trying to decide what size they want. Do they want to use the fabric to replace the tarp on the big tent? Do they want to use the fabric for Patrol tarps? Do they want to go with the heavy duty white poly tarps for patrol tarp? I hope to have an answer on Tuesday night.
