They got me, also....I bought a "home warranty" when I bought my house and the dishwasher broke....Sears was the one that came out and looked at it and then lost the repair order....I washed dishes for a month waiting on another company to come out and fix my dishwasher

LOL, I forgot to mention I even sent the YouTube Video Link to Sears Corporate customer relations department via their web site...

Does no good to send it to the stores, they don't care!!!

Great job Chernmax! We had an issue with a stupid ice maker - sometimes it is just the simple things - like frozen fricken water in little cubes - but it was broken for months before it got fixed and recently it became broken again.


Let us know how Sears responds. :lol:

P.S. I think you need a new sponge.
