Terrible. Too close to the Section 8 apartments across the Parkway. There aren't many good neighborhoods left in Waldorf. It's sad.

Because it's "country" to them and they want to get out of the city. Sadly, the city is following them.

Because their kids got mixed up with the wrong crowd in D.C. or PG and were starting to behave badly so they bring their badly behaving juvenile delinquent down here.

...and they wind up hanging out with the OTHER badly behaving juvenile delinquents from PG and DC. Thats why Waldorf has gang problems....
