You'd think the trees wouldn't have any branches left, the way they shed.I lost a couple of branches and clumps of leaves.
Yes it did. Now I'll open my doors back up. WoohooAlso: it's been coming down like a cow peeing on a flat rock.
It was over in 5 minutes. You'd think the trees wouldn't have any branches left, the way they shed.
Good luck BOP. I will say though that the SMECO Linemen are awesome and will be on it.Gotta shut down for now. No telling when the power will come back.
Again, the Linemen will be on it. Maybe all night. Those men deserve a raise for what they do. My humble opinion.Over 14,000 out.

Son was in Mechanicsville when he called me. He said 7 foot part of a tree down on 235. He was warning me to close up.There was some kind of micro burst that came through my area. I got trees and tops of trees down. Debris everywhere.
Yeah, it went off here in Sandgates too.Damn...power's off.
Have I ever mentioned how much I DESPISE SMECO? No? Well, I do. Hate them with the passion of a 1,000 blazing suns.
Still out?Yeah, it went off here in Sandgates too.
It is here in Abell. I rode out just as it beared down on us. By the time I got to Bushwood Wharf, people were fishing from the pier. I rode around and drug limbs out of the roads between there and Coltons Point, including the side roads. My "fiancé" questioned why I was out in the thick of it.Still out?
Came a little while ago.Still out?
I just had a brief brown out.Came a little while ago.
Their original estimate was four hours so I was thankful it took less.
