As far as places to live go, I'd say that CRE is relatively safe, especially compared to some other surrounding areas (in other counties).

I also hate to think that anyone assume that being in a domestic situation, such as the one being talked about in this thread, makes one "white trash." It happens probably more than most people realize, in all areas, to people in all different classes.

I don't post much ever, but just thought I'd respond to this one. I hope its not offensive in any way to the person to whom I responded, its certainly not meant that way.

not trying to disparage on everyone that lives there, but after reading the boards, it seems as though CRE has it's share of people with problems.

Sounds as though Jerry Springer could do months of taping there.

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear, because I do agree with you. It makes the abuser trash, ABSOLUTELY. But not the victim. You're right!

CRE does have a lot of "trash" in it, but I don't think it's fair to say that CRE in a whole is trash. I believe you can get similar problems almost anywhere, it's just that CRE is so large that you get a wider variety of vastly different individuals who live in here. We moved here 4 years ago and have never had any issues with our neighborhood, other than the idiots who speed up and down our road and put children's lives in danger.

I was juanita's friend. We talked 3 times DAY. she was here at least twice a week, as a matter of fact her children are here with me NOW....... Robert called me a couple of hours before he murdered juanita, and admitted everything he ever did to her, and told me she never did anything like what he did. You wanna talk about it. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT

I am completely shocked. This may be the first genuine apology I've ever seen on these forums.

It does hurt when somebody you call a friend does something bad; good luck to you & everybody else who is still standing.

I Think It Is Time To Let Rob And Juanita Rip.why Not Focus Some Energy On Doing Some Fund Raising Events To Help Their Children Who Were Left Behind They Are The Real Innocent Victims.let's Say A Prayer For Them To Help Them Get Through This Crisis.

I believe she said I know, that he was selling coke.... NOT that she KNEW, he was selling coke. You she didn't know at the time. Only after the arrest, which all the court documents show, he had coke in the vehicle, and the money from selling the coke in his pockets..............I had to stay with the children the night Juanita had to run up to the police station, when he got BOOKED on cocaine possession, and distribution..... and as far as her being loser, for not taking out the trash.......WOW.......I am sorry for whatever happened to you in your life, to make you that insensitive

That's a pretty damn low blow. She left him. She moved out of their house and took her kids. He hunted her down and killed her.

Before you go accusing the victim, you should really look at the facts.

i just stumbled on this post and let me first say how sorry i am to the family and friends..of both people and how sorry i am for the kids i honestly hope that they are taken care of by loving families...and i also wonder when the one that runs these forums will make a rule to stop the bashing of the family members that come just for support during their grieving process..it doesn't belong...and it has got to hurt like hell ...i know it hurts me to see it and i don't know these people that are going through these terrible times...can't anyone do anything to stop the bashing when someone has died or been hurt? it is terrible! i hope they dont think god is looking down on them and smiling! they will have to answer in some form for what they are doing...it is sickening! i hope i dont know any of you and think of you as friends...

The title of this forum is "News and Current Events" not "Support for Grieving family Members."

We discuss news here, and will continue to do so. If you don't like discussions of news, don't read it.
