It doesn't matter what he did or why he did it. They are both gone and 1 child has no parent and the other two have lost their mom. The damage is done and the how or why doesn't matter now.

Today I had to sit my children down and explain to them that a man shot his wife and their friends mommy is no longer alive. It is heartbreaking. I wish I could see Juanita's oldest son and just hug him again.

Ok, then explain to us so we can better understand. As I see someone was killed and they are gone. If this was done any other way then we really must have gotton the wrong information for the past couple days. I also never knew there are 3 sides to every story. I was always told "there are always two sides to every pancake!" and I do feel bad that this guy was so sick he had to take the life of a mother and he wasnt able to live with it and he had to take his own life.

Our kids must be classmates. When something like this happens it rocks a whole community, and there are a whole community of classmates, friends, neighbors that are grief stricken. I remember being in 3rd or 4th grade and a kid in my grade's mom died, I think it was like cancer, I remember crying myself to sleep quite a few nights, because it just wasn't fair that this kid had to live without a mother. I think all of our kids need a big and some extra love.
My heart goes out to her children especially and also to the other children that lived in that house (my niece being one of them) and any neighboring children who may or may not have seen things a child should never have to see.

Yes he was a felon. (6 months in for selling Coke) He just got outta jail 2 months ago, but was on house arrest. He had like 60 days to get rid of the guns but never did. She couldn't take his abuse and cheating on her anymore, so she moved out. He was mentally unstable. He kept going out at night and the GPS house arrest thing didn't notify the police. WHAT IS WROG WITH THAT !!!!!!!!! The police should have been notified that he left home.

Juanita was trying to move on with her life. She took her children out of a bad situation.

Now my best friend is in heaven and her children are left with questions.....

So sorry for your loss. I'm just reading this thread now. My heart goes out to all of her family and friends, especially her children.

It's really comforting to know that the tracking device didn't alert the police that he had left the house. That's ridiculous. She could still be alive if it had worked.

REALITY CHECK! Opinions are the mainstay of Forums. Whether you agree is irrelevant and if the content is upsetting well then set the record straight for the rest of use but don’t lecture me or others that we shouldn’t have an opinion other then what you would agree with.

Especially a criminal like this. There are no more cowardly acts than what this guy did. To kill an unarmed person and leave three kids without a mother is pure cowardice. Suicide is just as cowardly.

I'm not judging anyone. The thing that truly makes me sick and very sad is that there is no protection for women who feel threatened by an ex. It's happened time and time again. One not so recent that sticks in my mind is the woman that was set on fire at her work place by her ex. No piece of paper could have prevented that, protective order is a joke. This type of violence is happening more and more and it's only going to get worse until something is done to protect women or help women protect themselves.

THE WORST PART IS THAT ROB, THE ASS THAT MURDERED ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS IN MY YARD, WAS ON HOUSE ARREST, WITH AN ANKLE MONITOR WAS ABLE TO LEAVE HIS HOME AND COME TO MINE AND KILL HER. AS THE CHILDREN WERE SITTING IN THE HOUSE. ANYONE WHO DEFENDS HIM HAS NO HEART. HE HAD APPARENTLY DRIVEN BY MY HOUSE TIME AND TIME AGAIN AFTER HIS CURFEW AND THE COUNTY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I HOPE HE ROTS IN HELL AND I HOPE HE FELT THE SHOT EVERY BIT OF IT. HE COULD HAVE SIMPLY TAKEN HIS OWN LIFE AND YET HE HAD TO TAKE A BEAUTIFUL LOVING MOTHER, DAUGHTER, SISTER, AUNT, GRANDDAUGHTER AND FRIEND FROM EVERYONE.
