Someone was just shot at an apartment on Hunts Place, which is somewhere around Bannister Circle here in lovely Charles County. Unless I heard wrong an officer was shot. Lookout ongoing for a #1 male, 6'2" about 24/25 yoa.

So many signals were being broadcast I lost track so can't say for sure of a 13 was passed. Sorry. They believe they know who the shooter is so imagine it's only a matter of time until capture.

Suspect has a beard, a tattoo on his neck and is supposedly on foot. A picture of the suspect is now being sent to the cop cars and they are very actively scrambling to locate him.

After looking at the statistics, the cops decided that the #1 suspect would be black.

Just drove through that area around 3:30pm. Every cop in the county there.

Not positive at this point but the perp may be located in his house right now. Cops phoned him and he said he was ready to give up - but no action yet until all the police get there. Scanner is very confusing to me.

I never heard another word about the possible cop that got shot after EMS arrived. I did hear the initial start of this and in retrospect that cop called in and the signal I got was so broken up (him or the airwaves?) I couldn't understand a thing other something like "He shot" and somebody else coming on asking who was on channel 1. The the poop hit the fan.

Apparently the perp was positively identified at a house but since left. Dog is currently tracking him. Guess he wasn't telling the truth when he said he was ready to give up.

Not at all sure but the suspect "may" now be in a green Ultima being driven by a woman. Did hear earlier someone was trying to jump into cars. Can't honestly say this is our guy or someone else they are after.
