Nope, my local area is lucky it has a Wal-Mart, Lowes and Farm Fresh. The only place I found that I could volunteer (and be happy about it) is the SPCA, but that's not an appropriate environment for a 4 year old...not to mention between the two of us we'd want to bring all the animals home.
