Unless you require something like penicillin to fight the infection, something called NASACORT; which is one of those nasal sprays; works very well.

oh man. I am finally feeling better. Had to call in for an antibiotic.It took a couple days to really start working, and I'm really tired, but getting better. I was getting scared it was going to my brain.
But anyway, I am going to get a neti pot. I saw Dr. oz on Oprah and he had one demonstrated. the girl said it changed her life. that would be great for me. I get these stupid infections a couple times a year, this one being the worst.
