...the worst. He was on the ground and RIGHT then, trying to get his helmet off.
I think maybe the sensation of a dislocated ankle might accentuate the pain because it's not like a knee or maybe a break where at least, if nothing else it's familiar and at least kinda expected. But a dislocated ankle...
