I used to have neighbors like that. Two girls, 5 and 7, allowed to play outside unsupervised and ride their bikes all over the neighborhood by themselves. That's the tip of the iceberg with these folks. The kids are constantly locking the parents out of the house...keeps the locksmith busy. They actually stole my dog once (out of my fenced yard) and had her tied up in their garage, same with 3 other neighbors' dogs. I could go on and on! Social services are there often, but back to status quo the next day?!?wunsent said:
