Everyone in this subdivision has called the police on them at least once. They used to leave the little girl in a stroller-seat between them leaving and getting home from work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My neighbors leave their two elementary aged children at home by themselves, even this past summer. Most recently they've had workers at their house during the day, unsupervised, and when the two children come home, they are exposed to this. :ohwell:

My neighbor has 3 kids ages: 15 months, 4, and 5. All three play outside unattended. I've seen the swimming in mud puddles and playing within a foot of the dumpster. I've seen the 5 year old boy chase the 4 year old girl with a 2x4.

I used to have neighbors like that. Two girls, 5 and 7, allowed to play outside unsupervised and ride their bikes all over the neighborhood by themselves. Luckily they moved.

What does this mean?
He leaves at like 5 am, she doesn't get home until 6:30, so they put her in one of those stroller deals that bounces between them coming and going! :jameo:

You've got to be kidding me. Is there no one they can turn to for help that hour and a half each morning? To hear that someone is leaving a little one home alone leaves me speechless.

That's the tip of the iceberg with these folks. The kids are constantly locking the parents out of the house...keeps the locksmith busy. They actually stole my dog once (out of my fenced yard) and had her tied up in their garage, same with 3 other neighbors' dogs. I could go on and on! Social services are there often, but back to status quo the next day?!?

NOT Politically Correct!!
Parents who cannot take care of or supervise their kids should not be allowed to breed. :coffee: <img src="http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b31/chernmax/Avatars/duffy5plongeoir.gif">

So this is a way of saying they put her in a stroller and then leave her home alone until the other parent gets there?
... or do they meet somewhere and roll her across the road to the returning parent?
