Two questions...

Don't the Charles County Commissioners have anything better to do with their time?

What are these governments going to do without the taxes? Just because everyone miraculously quits smoking on the whim of the government ... the costs don't stop....



By the way... I quit smoking on December 6, 2005... and I still would love to have a cigarette every now and then...

I mean cause it hurts you for them to stand in 10 degree weather huh? I know you may get some second hand smoke. Dont you think cars and factories are much more harmful? I am not saying smoking is the best idea all i am saying is this is america and what did people fight and die for? so someone in an office can tell us what to do?

Certainly NOT for anyone to smoke!! And when people are downstairs smoking, who's covering for them back inside? Our work has strict policies (one break in the am & one in the PM) and that you are to deduct any smoking time from your lunch hour.

That has nothing to do with restaurants the restaurant part is what ticks me off.

I agree 100% with that. All i said was who does it hurt for someone else to smoke in 10degree weather but the person standing there on his own time. Did she say at work and i missed it?At work yeah if the boss says one or two smoke breaks then live with it
