I use flickr.com to upload. Once uploaded, I click on all sizes for the picture I want to post. Scroll down and there is a URL for the image only. I copy and paste it in to the forum message. The image tags have to be there for it to show up. If you use firefox browser all you have to do is right click on the image then select copy location then paste in to forum message.
