4.8% COLA. Can anyone explain why they give FERS a lesser COLA than CSRS, other than that they would have preferred to screw everyone over when they introduced FERS but at the time it was still unpalatable to mess with people who were already retired.

BabyBawler is just plain dishonest. I mean pathologically dishonest to the point he can't help himself. Sometimes he'll take a kernel of truth and twist it until it's false because he is clinically unable of letting anything pass with out adding a bit of dishonesty to it.
