Do you not understand what acting is?
Do you not understand that we have been incessantly told that when a woman complain about sexual harassment/abuse we they deserve to be heard and taken seriously?
Do you not understand what acting is?
So no, a person who willingly takes part in a movie, play, or skit can not be taken seriously when they complain about things that happen to the charecter they are playing on stage as if that happened to them in real life.
Do you not understand what acting is? I guess you think porn stars should be able to claim sexual assault years after they make a gangbang movie? Do you also think Daniel Craig should be held accountable for ‘assaulting’ those Bond girls?
The real analogy is when actors are filming a simulated sex scene for a mainstream movie and the male actually penetrates without the actress' permission.
Why are you going on about this? Al Franken has shown more grace about this issue that you are, which should give you pause to think about your cultlike behavior.
I totally get it. If a woman has a role that shows her making love, with a lot of hot kissing and groping, she deserve to be kissed and groped by every guy she comes across. As an added bonus, she not only deserves it, she is asking to be sexually molested against her will by her male counterpart in the movie. Progressives have made it clear that if a woman complains under these circumstances, we are to dismiss it as petty and whiny. Thanks for clarifying the double-standard we have long known existed with you progressives.
If required for a close up shoot in a movie or TV sequence yes. Just to show a 'kiss' on stage no.
The clip of LeeAnn Tweeden with Robin Williams that you posted shows exactly that.

Actually Franken didn’t. He apologizec for making a bad joke in the photo and denied her accusations about the stuff related to the skit. Denial isn’t really grace, although I give him a tiny bit of credit for calling for the ethics investigation
I caught this movie "Unfaithful" a few weeks ago. The sex scenes get pretty intense. It was a good movie, but I kept finding myself distracted with thinking how they do these scenes on a professional level and keep a respectful, professional atmosphere. What is it like off set? I am always suspicious that a lot of sexual misconduct/abuse happens, and goes unspoken, because the victim feels they can't complain because of the circumstances - they are consenting to 'simulated' (or not) sex, how can they possibly complain about unwelcome sexual advances?
Many of these women take their clothes off and simulate sex for a living. They are a fine line from being porn stars. I guffaw loudly when they complain about being treated as a sex object, and roll my eyes when they say they were "sexually harassed" by their male bosses and co-workers. Note that male actors aren't typically required to get nekkid for their roles, but women frequently are. Nobody forced them into these roles, or even this profession - they chose it.
I don't know Leeanne Tweeden and never even heard of her before these accusations. But I'll tell you what I notice: all these Hollywood actresses swarming the press with their stories of harassment and abuse with absolutely zero visible proof, and the progs tut tut and sympathize with them. But you let some actress accuse one of their political masters (with a photograph) and they lose their #### - can't disparage the woman fast or hard enough.
We need to bust up the loyal partybot mentality in this country. It's scary and dangerous.

I haven’t seen anyone disparage Tweeden. In fact you echo my point in your first paragraph.
Ok, other than YOU, I haven’t seen anyone disparage Tweeden.

We are on an Internet forum right now. No one was attacking Tweeden. I don’t see it on my Facebook feed either, but I’m not a real Facebook person.Clearly you do not participate in any social media, you dinosaur you. They're all over Twitter and Facebook. They come up in my trending topics almost every day.
Obviously you don't watch the political talk shows, either.
Just because you severely limit your information doesn't mean it's not happening.
