Had a humming bird trapped in my great room on the back of my house bout 10 years, opened one of the doors for him/her and tried my damnest to get him out, no joy..Finally after trying for 30 minutes, I stopped chasing it. It flew down to me, hovered about a foot from my face, I stuck out my finger and it landed, walked outside and if flew off. Couldn't believe it..lol

It's gone. I chased it around my bedroom with a broom and it flew to the window again and perched there. I managed to whack it out this time. Thank the gods.

LOL No but initially I opened the window from the bottom. After chasing him around for a few minutes, I noticed that he was only flying high not low. So I opened the top window and chased him around again. Then I said oh crap you idiot the screen is still in the window.

I kid you not.
