I have never frozen a crabcake because we never have leftovers.
We make them in big batches...dozens at a time. Then freeze them individually on wax paper before bagging them up in "meal size" quantity..usually 6 per bag.

No kidding? Heck, when I make crabcakes, I'll make 3 or 4 dozen at one crack (depends on which kid(s) are helping to pick and how much meat gets "sarcificed" during that process) and freeze them individually between layers of wax paper and then bag up a "dinner's worth" and back in the freezer. Thaw and deep- or pan fry. Can't hardly tell the difference from fresh never frozen. At least I can't.
???. I've been making and freezing crabcakes since Mary Dyson showed my family how to do both....can you say "half a century ago in 7D"?? What's with all this total nonsense "can't freeze crab cakes stuff?"

I hate to say it but Phillips Crab cakes are nasty. They taste more like fish than crab.
So you could follow along?Or to keep you entertained?...something to use your keyboard for?...someone to follow around?
Am I getting warm?

They ued to really put out some incredible food back in the club's heyday.
If she had a son about 7 feet tall, she may have been one in the same.
