I was reading some story about a celebrity chickie who "can't seem to lose that last 10 pounds", despite eating only boiled chicken and bean sprouts and spending an hour a day at the gym.
I was like, WTH?? I'm losing weight just fine with a reasonable food allowance and zero additional exercise. What seems to be the problem?
Then it dawned on me that this chickie isn't trying to get down to her ideal weight - she's trying to get a good 20 pounds or so below her ideal weight. So no wonder she's having such a difficult time of it.
I think Jennifer Aniston is like 5'4" and 105. She looks great on TV and in her movies, but she has to be emaciated IRL.
