No, because I'll come home with another bike and our garage cannot hold another bike. We're supposed to look at a 750 Shadow this weekend. I'll probably be holding a bike auction come Spring.itsbob said:Ya wanna ride backseat!??

It's for sale for $2300, I just haven't advertised it yet. Waiting to hear back from 3 people who are interested before I place an ad.itsbob said:I'll rent the 250 from ya for BG to learn on..
It's kind of funky looking. I'm more into the Harley looking bikes, even if they aren't really Harleys.itsbob said:http://happy-trail.com/images/products/172_big.jpg
This is the perfect bike for someone your size... 650cc.. single cylinder, and COMFFFFFY.. and fun to ride. I had one for a loaner (the 650 Dakar) and it was just a fun bike to ride.
Don't think I'd go with that color though!
How many miles on it?BS Gal said:It's for sale for $2300, I just haven't advertised it yet. Waiting to hear back from 3 people who are interested before I place an ad.
The 1200 eh?BS Gal said:Looking at getting another bike in the Spring, but not sure what I want yet so I'll have to try different ones out. I do want to try the Sportster, the 1200, along with a few other Harleys. I need a bike where the weight is more evenly distributed and it has to sit low because I'm 5'3 on a good day.

The Boxers (r-Bikes) are the traditional motor, and EASY to work on and sometimes I think TOO smooth, it's easy to get it up to 85 - 90 and not realize it. I'm all about the big jugs too, but now BMW has some of the fastest machines on the market in the K series. The K1200R and S are two of the best overall performing machines in the world (S holds multiple speed records for it's class), and the K1200GT is probably the best touring bike in the world today even though I don't like the looks of it.Roughidle said:Hey itsbob, my dad rode a beemer for years. Much to his dismay I chose to ride a Harley. Actually I think he's das jealous of my AMF built motorrad. Pistons pointing east and west when yer goin north...jus what were they thinkin'? Heheh...
Good scoots them BMWs, never rode a smoother machine.
