Not disputing that, I've been in the left lane, "pushing" the limit and see people hauling ass down the right to try and pass all the trafficI would peg the amount of drivers who stay in that right turn only lane coming west towards the bridge due to "being caught out through ignorance" as far lower than those who use it to bypass the left lane getting slowed by folks taking the left in front of that small shop[ping center with 7-11. I base that on the fact that they keep going long after the first turn arrows on the road and wait til the last second to signal and force a way in. Usually long after they corss into the area where the line turns solid.

Thing is, they hit the bridge and jam on the breaks, going below 45. Then start to break check anyone who gets too close for their comfort.
I'm just envious of those with vehicles who clearly have an equipment violation that don't ever seem to get stopped.
I got pulled over by a trooper because my license plate lights were dull. He couldn't read my plate, in the dark, with his lights off.
Yet you see people with the tinted glass over their plates, windows blacked out, apparently the "blackout:" lenses on lights are not legal (in some states).
FWIW, I had two solutions, buy extra bright bulbs and hope they worked or go to a dealer and get new covers.
14 year vehicle tends to weather and dull a bit - plastic doesn't clean up like glass would.
