I requested a quote back in the spring and was told they would come out, evaluate and leave the quote in my paperbox. It never happened. Not calling back again, they must not need the business.
Same thing with Nelson Sealcoating.I requested a quote back in the spring and was told they would come out, evaluate and leave the quote in my paperbox. It never happened. Not calling back again, they must not need the business.

Thinking about using this company to do some paving. Does anyone have any positive or negative comments? PM please. Thanks!
I agree. I called them 3 times. Copenhaver was done in 45 minutes and made $210.00.
They did the in laws (BIL&FIL) place, but after 2 calls they are still a no show. I'll call Copenhaver on Monday and see if they would like some money from me.
I shouldn't have to beg a business to take money from me.

Same here. Requested a quote and never received a call or anything else. They must be doing a great business to ignore potential customers.I requested a quote back in the spring and was told they would come out, evaluate and leave the quote in my paperbox. They have a tank truck with the sealer inside. Two guys. One guy used a weedeater to edge the entire driveway while the other had a kick ass blower on wheels to pressure blow the driveway. Then they pull off hose like a fuel truck, start a small pump and pump what they need then they squeegee it.Did they use a spray on coating or pour the sealer down and squeegee it in?
Guess I'll give Copenhaver a call. Thanks Baja. They have a tank truck with the sealer inside. Two guys. Nelson said they used the type with sand. I liked the idea. Shame they didn't want the business. In our fact finding mission about seal coating:
You want them to have sand in the coating to help fill cracks.
Residential driveways should be squeegeed to avoid over spray on the yard, shrubs etc.
24 hours is recommended cure time.

I got a quote form Copenhaver and they were extremely high so I forgot about it. SealPro was were doing a quote for my neighbor and I had him quote mine and it was HALF what Copenhaver wanted. 3 weeks later they came, did a great job, and was done. They called me a year later and swung by and sealed it for $150. I need to have them come back and do it again. They also did 2 of my neighbors, one recently and one when mine was done and all 3 jobs were great.
SealPro out of Waldorf.
