It doesn't matter where the baby is born, or if there is even a baby. It is not illegal to get her pregnant, but it can be illegal to boink her. The law that applies is the law where the boinking occured.

It's all moot. He won't be prosecuted. Generally the witnesses have to testify, which they won't. The baby is evidence, but there's no telling where it was conceived. They live in Louisiana, they work in California, I assume. They do other traveling probably all over the country. The people involved could claim they only boinked in states where it is legal to do so. It would be difficult to prove otherwise.

Usually I could careless about what ppl say however, why doesnt this person sign a name and a time to meet and call either my 8yr or 6yr old daughter a whore to my face?
