What are the local trash p/u services around here? Im' looking in the phone book, but most all of them are out of Waldorf, etc... I suppose they must come to St. Mary's, too.

WM serves southern Calvert, but I know they have some facilities off of St. Andrews Church Rd. in St. Mary's, so I'm guessing they serve SM county too? :shrug:

bay area disposal. they are out of calvert, but i believe they do st.Marys

We use Waste Management and have never had any problems.

I use a trailer....

It may not be fun to take my trash to the transfer station, but I just can't see paying somebody to take my trash away when the transfer station is only 2 miles away, and between me and the highway.

Only I use my '88 Toyota I got for $200.

We use Waste Management and I live in Cedar Cove. We have never had a problem with them and I think they are pretty reasonable. I pay 70.00 every 3 months and they come on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Strange isn't it?

WM would not pick-up at our house. They said there just wasn't enough business for them in the area. Anyway, we (well the DH) have gotten use to just taking the trash to the transfer station. They have them set up everywhere in the county, so it is fairly easy.
