Stray Pregnant Cat needs a foster

one day the dark will end
and if I had my way I'd tell everyone that picked up a injured wildlife animal to put a $.10 bullet in because it's cheaper to do that than pay thousands of dollars to an "animal rehaber" to fix the damn squirrels broken leg than it is to shoot the little f'er. There are thousand of cute little squirrels out there. Do we need to fix an injured one?

It's different if it's a bald eagle or endangered species. Let life take it's course with the rest.

to each their own. You want to save all the little squirrels and skunks. She wants to save the kittens.

Get your head outta her ass and let her do what she wants. She's not shoving a big dose of reality down your throat every time you save a f'king sparrow with a broken wing. And do you spay/neuter every wild life animal you fix?

1. This is not about wildlife. Those get released back to the wild. FYI: No one pays rehabbers to rehab, it is against state law. Rehabbers are all volunteers and pay for everything out of pocket. Want to shot them, have at, I dont care what you do in the privacy of your home, yard, etc.
It comes public, I do care!

2. This is about you all getting pissed because I spoke out on how irresponsible the statement in Post #4 was.

Seriously Katelin. Arky does support spay and neuter. You know this. I'd have a hard time actually taking in a very pregnant mom and telling them to abort or kill the kittens and you know damn well you would do, just as you know kittens are cute. The rescue world is cruel enough without having to attack your peers.

if she was a TRUE rescue person... and had ever been in a C-section ... she would know that even kittens/puppies that are 6-8 weeks old still can live....

so you would have to pts each of them by an effing heart stick....

but all the  one can hear and see is the one post about having them cuz its fun...

yeah it is fun to watch them grow.... and this is why when i do get another puppy I want to be close with my breeder because i want to see them develop.... it helps me pick the one that will be best suited for the job i want/need it to do!!!

It's about you obsessing.

She said she would try to have the kittens aborted. I'd like to abort you. And the worse part is, I'm usually against abortion.

Adopt me please !
oh wait..... its like that here... Its only HER WAY HOW TO RESCUE ANIMALS.. ONLY HER WAY TO RUN A RESCUE.... ONLY HER WAY HOW TO TREAT, CARE FOR ANIMALS....
so she jumps on to RIP ONLY ARKIE.. a new one.

yup and narrow minded people are missing out on the joy of life ... that we all get to choose our OWN way.

Cat has not been to the vet, so how do you know how far along she is???
Vets DO spay late, seen it, been there, assisted, and cats and dogs did fine!
The Vet charged more, but he did do late term spays.

i.e., donations/fund raising.

so by her saying she does this as a volunteer out of her own pocket, that means she does not get a pay check nor re-embursed for her expenses, correct?

I'd like to see that personal 1040 EZ form not itemized.

Let's see, gestation is 63 days and if you have experience with even a few pregnant cats, it's not hard to figure out how far along they are.

I know - sounds like she may be far along - maybe I should take her to HS and just see if they will spay her? It's costs more to do it when they are pregnant but it costs even MORE to spay/neuter a litter of kittens that will be hard to place.

Now I'm convinced you are mentally challenged among other things. We've already covered this. How slow are you? IQ of what, a 6 year old?

No Katelin, THIS is about you not having the skills to communicate your opinions without becoming nasty and coming off like a jerk.

I almost feel sorry for you.

And making such a statement as she did in Post #4 is OK????

No, it is irresponsible!!!!
That is what pissed me off that a person doing "rescue" would would take such a stance and make light of it!

It was not until page 2 that she gave in and agreed to full vetting.

Heck, no one knows the condition of the cat or how far along she is.
You know as well as I that cats put on a lot of belly weight in the early stages.

I have no problem aborting a litter. None.

I am talking about the Vets I worked for and the fact that they charged more for aborting dogs and cats.

we have already covered that as we....

and do not insult the 6yr olds out there... there are some that are smarter, have compassion, and communication skills.

I dont feel sorry for drunks/alkies.....not at all

it boils down to ... you cant help everyone or even all the pets....

some need to be put out of their misery.. and we need to be put out of ours....

Wrong again. She stated in post 6.

I finally figured it out. You are autisic. I have experience with that. When you fix upon something, you can't get past that.

We'll work on that. Read post #6 now. Forget 4. It'll be ok.
