It isn't bad. It says cook the ham to 180 degree's, but I always go to 160 or just a bit above..
So I checked that out too

160 is just fine. Actually I always go just a bit above, you can never hit exactly 160.
I also place my slices at an angle toward the back side of the ham so when I slice it I get a nice round hole filled with stuffing.
Makes it look purty.
