I REALLY liked last years ride. Locale, roads etc.. I can't think of much to add except for more miles. Maybe have three or four link up spots.. Start down here in the South, stop near where we did last year to pick up riders, then head more towards the Northern edge of the chat area.. Charles County maybe? Where do we consider the Northern end of the SoMD area?

Try to loop through a good portion of the SoMD area, then end the ride somewhere like Annapolis where we can split into our three or four groups (or individuals) for the return ride back home

:yeahthat:

end the ride at "Dave and Busters" :yay:

Mattwoman Chapter of the Southern Cruisers Riding Club will be conducting a spring riding skills tune up session in the parking lot in front of the St. Mary's airport terminal at 0830.
We'll be practicing some basic low speed maneuvers. Safety inspections will be conducted by MotoMan Dan of Motovation Cycles. We'll be heading over to Lenny's for brunch about 1100.
All riders welcome.
If you haven't been riding for several months, (or dropped you bike yesterday in a parking lot) this will be a good opportunity to refresh your basic riding skills and be ready to ride this summer.
That was too early for a Sunday, I was still in church.

We got done in the parking lot about 11:00 and had a nice breakfast at Lenny's. The Pax river chapter met up with us there and We headed north on 235. Some IDIOT woman pulled out in front of the lead bike from the gas station at the Hollywood light. Think she realized there was a problem when she noticed the Goldwing with modulating headlights on high and the air horns blasting on her bumper, at least the kids in the back seat noticed us.
Headed up to Benidict and back down Sixes Rd.
A deer ran through the group and made the last few guys in line a little nervous. :yikes:
Headed down to Solomons and folks with honey-do lists split off
