Aps, how about a forum ride this weekend, but a short one for those of us who are window-lickers on a bike?.
I've got my boy this weekend, he can't reach the passenger pegs on my bike.

I had to lower it so I could ride it
Mine's a little bitty thing. I don't know how low it sits, but I can sit comfortably on it with both feet on the ground, so I'm guessing 12".

I haven't measured. I'm still trying to get what we now think is melted tennis shoe off my pipes. The Blue stuff didn't work.

Lugnut and I are thinking up north a bit (I'm thinking no further than St. Mary's Landing) and we MAY have another new rider with us if she passed today. So two newbies and the rest of you to watch out for us? I know my hubby will be right behind me because he's like father goose.
We're riding to VT on Thursday.. wanna come??

Tracey is bringing the support truck, so I can't be going TOO fast!!
She could just load my bike in the back and I could entertain the baby all the way up?

You took 218 a lot quicker on the ride home :yay:
Yeah, I'm still a little uneasy about left turns though. I think I've gotten used to putting my tire right to the line in my car. Of course, doing that on a bike gets your head into oncoming traffic. :yikes: I just need to learn to put my tires in the middle of the lane on lefts.
