I didn't see the Letterman/Leno/Oprah commercial last night. Did anyone else? I may have skipped by it since I was a few minutes behind at one point.

T-bone and Heather nailed it with. That could have been really funny if Conan O'brian had been a pizza delivery boy to the Opera, Jay and Letterman superbowl party....ha Now that he is out of a job!

I thought the 2010 Census ad was particularly moving. And, the Letterman ad - I'm still trying to figure out why Leno agreed to help him promote his show. Won't Leno be competing with that show again shortly? Are there meta-game reasons I'm missing? Perhaps he thinks it helps to promote his late night show as well as Letterman's - that they can someone how expand the late night audience, instead of just competing for portions of it. I'm not seeing it.

What exactly is the point of advertising the census during the Superbowl?
Are they worried we'll participate in someone else's constitutionally mandated census?
