A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
I hope they do but after their blanket ruling yesterday that rape is not worthy of the death penalty, I fully expect this decision to swing in favor of the District.expected today. I expect them to uphold our rights.

I'm pretty good when it comes to the English language, I thought I knew what that meant?...to hear what this means;

This sin't about whether you have the 'right' to a gun, its about limiting that right. The government has already established they can limit that right, so I fully expect the supreme court to side with the city.
You'd be wrong again. This court is very good at blanket decisions. It will be all or nothing.I bet they split the baby. They'll affirm that it is an individual right, strike down the DC and Chicago laws, but say more "reasonable" restrictions are okay in the name of public safety.
That's what this is about.
The city says you don't have the right to own a gun.
