can someone please adopt this critter? I want her so bad I browse from time to time, but she keeps pulling at me for some reason..but SO still has his mentally ill dummy at the house and with christmas pulling 200 bucks out of my butt isn't easy. But I will keep worrying about her sweet face until someone gives her a home ...



btw it says dachsund..but it is certainly a mix...

seriously..I have no idea where they got dachsund from..maybe her short little legs? But she looks like they took pieces of other doggies and made her...a mini bulldog body, a lab/pit face, and those crazy ears

I agree with Roman - go get her. She's a cute girl - at least go meet her. If you want company, I'll meet you there if you want? I'd love to meet her, but you know I can't take any more home ...

that's nice I am going to call/visit and see if she has the temperment /needs I want in a doggy..I think she's lovely but she needs to work for me..if she doesn't im gonna facebook bomb everyone on my list until I find her a home that fits lol so's dog taught me how important it is to find a dog that fits you. But I hope she's as lovely as vrais pup

Just received an email about an 11 year old Beagle gal - will see if my family members can handle an older female to keep her out of the shelter. After losing Shorty last week they may not be open to her?

It's a basset/pit mix I think, but in PG they are forced to euthanize any pits and pit mixes so someone is really trying to find her a home. She is a cutie, wish I didn't have 5 wiener dogs already....

I just looked at her on their site and Corgi sounds more like it. I'm not seeing Pit or Dachshund in her.

Shelters and rescues should let prospective adopters take the dog home for a few days and see how it goes before they commit. That seems more sensible to me than making them fill out a thousand forms and doing home inspections to see if it's a good fit.
