The swirling of my toilet bowl....I wonder if they want us to stop flushing?
I will categorically refuse their request because then my bathroom would start to reek like their typical countries. Flush with pride America! (and use the squeezably soft new Koran paper!)

I agree with you that getting offended about the ice cream is ridiculous but no more so than fundamentalist Christians looking for offensive things in movies. Like saying one of the towers in the "Little Mermaid" looks like a penis. what kind of pervert has penis on mind while watching a Disney cartoon?

As for Muslim countries how many have you visited? I usually smelled a lot of spices but in general Muslims have had better personal hygiene in the past and in many cases in the present than European countries. Also you can get a lot cleaner by washing than you can with toilet paper. They may wipe with their left hand and pour the water with their right but they do wash their hands with soap afterwards. Also when I met them face to face while in a Moslem country I found them to be very hospitable.

According to the Falwell crowd Disney is full of sexual innuendo. Little Mermaid wasn't just the penile edifices. There was also an alleged nude scene when Ariel is transformed to a human girl. Supposedly, when played in super-slo-mo, you can see that she is nude and......uhhhhh.....let's just say, gone through puberty. And a scene in the Lion King when the grown Simba lays down in the grass on the overlook. The cloud of dust he stirs up, again, in super-slo-modrifts away to spell the word "sex". I'm ashamed to say that I actually tried it with my kids movie and I didn't see it. But then if you ask my ex-wife I'm a heathen anyway.

Makes you wonder what kind of sick twist actually spends time looking for crap like that.

As a rabid "fundamentalist" Christian myself I should tell you - I think you're right about the penis thing, although I'm not sure that it's perversion so much as hypersensitivity. Pretty much like this guy's complaint about the cone top on Burger King's Ice cream cones.

The difference is some people like donbarzini stated analyze these movies in super slo mo hoping to find something sexual. They seem to make a habit out of this. They sound nutty and as though they have sex way too much on their mind to be looking for them in children's cartoons. Maybe to some of them, deep in their mind children = sex?

Growing up in Orlando I know that Disney is shady but I don't think they knowingly put sexual innuendos in their cartoons.

When my kids came home from school and told me this, I played the tape and looked for it, too. And it's definitely there and extremely clear - no getting around that it says "SEX" in the dust swirls.

I don't wonder what kind of sick twist looks for subliminal sexual signs in Disney movies - I more wonder about the sick twists that put them there in the first place.

Religious groups were scoffed at over the penis on The Little Mermaid cover, and Snopes even says it's false. But that drawing is clearly a penis and cannot possibly be mistaken for anything else. The reason Snopes gave it a red ball is because they contacted the artist that drew it and he says it's not a penis.

I was in Saudi Arabia and have to disagree. It reeked of BO and cess pools. The only ones who were hospitable were the ones who wanted something, or thought we had liquor.
