It is called "Carry On".

I thought it was after Taps that I heard it - Lee said nope, National Anthem. National Anthem you stop for. So if there's a pause...carry on makes perfect sense. Thanks!

Yes I listened to that but Retreat was not the short notes I was talking about. It was a short cluster of notes after SSB.

So they play Taps in the evening? I hear the SSB every morning if I listen for it (and I'm out of bed) but I don't think I've ever heard Taps.
