So that's gonna be the next restaurant . Looks like its going right next to Olive Garden.

Anyone been to one?

Just what we need, another "meat" place, California is starting to smell. My son wants a Red Lobster, at least it would add some variety instead of the same old, same old. Too bad not more imagination went into that development, but hey this is St. Mary's County, you can't expect too much.

We've been to the one in La Plata many times. Great service (only had so-so service once), and they've never messed up our order. WAY better than outback, IMO

Can't wait to get one here :yahoo:

I LOVE Red Lobster!

They do! And, yes, I'll let you pay!

There's a little place on the water in Cundy Harbor ME that serves 2, 1 1/2 lb lobsters, 3 sides (try the sweet potato fries) and a big sweet tea for $23

I remember the first time my parents ever bought a lobster in Maine. It was maybe around 1962 or so. $3. Already cooked. Wrapped in newspaper. And we all thought that was expensive then...

I would add Fogo de Chão to your first list and add Outback and Applebee's to your second list....

Outback is always busy...so someone likes them (though Texas Road House may change that). Applebees is good when you want a place with a big menu and decent food with an ambiance just above say fast food or Bob Evans. That being said..I would gladly trade Applebees for a Fridays or Chilis...though I would give up Ruby's, Damon's, or Lonestar first.

Ruby's has always dumbfounded me. They have the potential to be good, but every time I find something I like on their menu, it is gone in 6 months. The core of their menu is lame and their food in general is bland. The one down here also seems to mess my meal up every time I go in.
