I didn't order that many, just 20 and did the same. Even after I sent a great deal home, we have just a little bit that might be around 2-days. :yay:

Dessert was a hit!! Cherry crisp with vanilla bean ice cream! I used frozen cherries this to me and not the gloppy pie filling. What a great difference in taste! :yay:

I'm off to Urgent Care this am, since I'm pretty sure a sinus infection is in progress and everything was closed yesterday. IMG_20231123_185916905.jpg

I saved myself much embarrassment, and those I have to be around today much discomfort, by not having stuffed ham yesterday.

Look out tomorrow, because I'm gonna eat my fill this evening. And make a stuffed ham quiche tomorrow.

One of my dinner guest yesterday took every fricken roll home and left none, like who would do that?

My youngest son. :ohwell:

I ended up making turkey, vegetable soup.

The grocery store should have had someone assigned to the spice aisle on Wed afternoon. I helped 3 older gentlemen find the nutmeg, coarse black pepper, and sage.

Obviously, their wives were cooking, ran out of something, and sent their poor men to fetch it. All 3 looked lost.

I hope they had a wonderful dinner

Since this was our first Thanksgiving as a couple, we both did our normal TG routines with our respective families. Reruns at her place last night were our own celebration. I can only hope every TG from now on is as special. ❤

Get your minds out of the gutter...

My family has our Thanksgiving on Friday. The youngest grandson gets two celebrations of every occasion with the shared custody. I had my leftovers and smoked turkey sandwich today.
