Wait until dark, then steal it back. Put it right in the spot it was stolen from. What are they gonna say? "Excuse me, but I stole your shed a while back, and it somehow made its way back to your place. Can I have it back?"

All of the new kitchen appliances, the washer and dryer, some of the cabinets, the exterior lighting, the furniture, 2 ceiling fans, the light fixtures from all of the bathrooms, the shower heads, the locks off of the doors, and even some of the door hinges. And 2 sheds and a gazebo. Other stuff too, but you get the gist.

Yes, the deadbeats who are being foreclosed usually take vengeance on the mortgage holder by stealing everything they can and by trashing the rest of the property. The deadbeats sold the little shed. Case closed.

There was this nice new shed, built to replace an existing old shed, with siding and shingles to match the newly renovated house. Now it is gone. Also gone is another shed, also sided and shingled to match the house, and a gazebo. I wonder where they could be?

So help me out here. Is it YOUR shed? Did the house go to foreclosure and you bought it from the bank and in between bank taking the house and you buying it, the items were removed?

WHAT IF... the previous owners SOLD all the stuff before the foreclosure? Then you "outing" them on a public message board would be libelous.

Why are you concerned with it if it isn't your house or your old house? You started the thread out by sounding like someone stole your shed. If the Ridgells owned the house at one time, and they bought the shed, maybe they thought the shed was something they could take with them when they moved out.

If I knew where the robber lived and saw the stolen property, I sure as hell would be calling the police to report it. Posting it here is quite a waste of time.
