May I suggest you don't post it. I learned that the hard way once.BuddyLee said:My fortune cookie says 'no'.
I don't! I'm young enough that I expect to be alive then and beyond! Heck, I plan on being one hell of a burden to my kid!Mikeinsmd said:I hope it waits 40 more years.....
People are getting booted from forums for PM'ing others and pointing out hipocrites, red krama is rampant, !!!'s are invading the boards, everyone has their own forum....StarCat said:i just wonder how much longer we can go. Natural disasters are getting worse, people, in general are getting much worse. Gas, and housing prices are on the rise, to unbelieveable amounts, which in turn, is going to cause everything else to rise. Eventually, it is going to cause an uprising in people as well, which could be worse, than what is going on right now, in New Orleans. Just my two cents.
Why are you always giving me crap, did I do something to offend you, or are you just "naturally bitter"?Mikeinsmd said:People are getting booted from forums for PM'ing others and pointing out hipocrites, red krama is rampant, !!!'s are invading the boards, everyone has their own forum....
OMFG!!! We're all doomed!!!
Nope.JoeShmoe said:Do you think we are approaching, or in them?
I think we as people of the world have faced much worse throughout history. Bad things will happen but we shall overcome.StarCat said:i just wonder how much longer we can go. all the witty and entertaining ones must be given to someone else. I'm not worth the "wit" but i'd at least take the "entertaining"crabcake said:Mikey's plenty witty and entertaining ... he just hasn't drank enough yet.
OK.. natural disasters are getting worse? Not by a long shot..StarCat said:i just wonder how much longer we can go. Natural disasters are getting worse, people, in general are getting much worse. Not that it's the primary concern right now, obviously, but I imagine some heads are gonna roll once we get our hands around the situation down there and get things back to some sort of civilization.itsbob said:New Orleans wasn't so much a NATURAL disaster as much as it was a human made disaster.. You build a city on the water, below sea level, then ignore your barriers to the sea. New Orleans at least, was not 'natural'.. Denmark has already made statements in disbelief.. along the lines of, what the he!! were they thinking?
I'm not talking so much about what "happened" in NO, im talking about hurricanes in general, and things like that. I remember, when i was younger, we rarely had tornados. The weather is changing, and nature is changing. I would consider the tsunami a pretty big natural disaster. I'm not saying that the stuff that is happening, is unbearable, just that its getting progressively worse.itsbob said:OK.. natural disasters are getting worse? Not by a long shot..
We haven't seen the devastation seen by a meteor hitting the planet.. Vesuvius? Earthquakes that could break away continents?

I grew up near the Outer Banks....we always had to deal with hurricanes. Maybe you just now started paying attention to the national weather, or maybe it's just now getting media coverage.StarCat said:im talking about hurricanes in general
