I watched that thinking it would be a "short" rebuttal. I felt like I was watching a third closing argument.I watched the rebuttal, that guy was at least a better presenter than Bingbong. But he only had to present crap, so it wasn't awesome.
I would love to put either of those men into a bar fight and see what they do...

Stupid POS. Even the guy who brought the gun to him looked shocked. What an idiot. How many things are wrong in this picture?
I didn't watch any of the closing arguments, but I hope the Bailiff took it from him.Stupid POS. Even the guy who brought the gun to him looked shocked. What an idiot.
Yes! Even toward the judge.I find both lawyers to be incredibly sarcastic, or egotistical, or something.

Not the best image, but I saw a video clip on the news where he's pointing the gun directly at the audience.:not seen:
From a different angle shot at the same time, he's pointing the gun at people in the courtroom.
There is almost always one person who doesn't want it on the conscious of sending someone to jail so they will vote innocent no matter what, there is always one that thinks they are guilty no matter what and a bunch in between or willing to decide based on what is presented. My shower thoughts about a jury -
If I ever sat on a jury, I would want to be the foreman because I like to be in charge and I think I am a leader that can bring people to a consensus. The first thing I would do once given the case would be to take a poll, anonymously written on a piece of paper, of the 11 jurors as to whether you think the defendant is innocent or guilty. This would give me a idea how long and how much work will be needed to come to a consensus. If it's a 6-6 vote, I think at that point we just play hangman for the next 12 hours and then declare to the judge we are hung. If there is a consensus on innocent or guilty, we can immediately adjourn and give the judge our verdict and we have saved a lot of time. But if it's an 11-1 vote, with me being the 1, then I got some work to do to convince the other 11 that I am right! Bring in the pizza and the adult beverages because it's going to be a loooong week.
So for those that have sat on jury deliberations, how does it really work?

That aside, I'm surprised the judge didn't say something about that theatric.
