I watched the rebuttal, that guy was at least a better presenter than Bingbong. But he only had to present crap, so it wasn't awesome.

I would love to put either of those men into a bar fight and see what they do...

I watched that thinking it would be a "short" rebuttal. I felt like I was watching a third closing argument.

And he says that after showing a video of a mob chasing Rittenhouse with everything on fire in the background.

"C'mon, kid, take your beating like a man!"

That was probably his jump the shark moment, but again it's Kenosha. The residents of that city clearly aren't the brightest bulbs on the tree, so they may very well go for that. I predict they won't be able to come to a verdict.

My shower thoughts about a jury -

If I ever sat on a jury, I would want to be the foreman because I like to be in charge and I think I am a leader that can bring people to a consensus. The first thing I would do once given the case would be to take a poll, anonymously written on a piece of paper, of the 11 jurors as to whether you think the defendant is innocent or guilty. This would give me a idea how long and how much work will be needed to come to a consensus. If it's a 6-6 vote, I think at that point we just play hangman for the next 12 hours and then declare to the judge we are hung. If there is a consensus on innocent or guilty, we can immediately adjourn and give the judge our verdict and we have saved a lot of time. But if it's an 11-1 vote, with me being the 1, then I got some work to do to convince the other 11 that I am right! Bring in the pizza and the adult beverages because it's going to be a loooong week.

So for those that have sat on jury deliberations, how does it really work?
There is almost always one person who doesn't want it on the conscious of sending someone to jail so they will vote innocent no matter what, there is always one that thinks they are guilty no matter what and a bunch in between or willing to decide based on what is presented.

So did the racist Kyle pull the number of the only POC on the jury to eliminate him from deciding his fate? I've searched but see nothing yet.
