Wrong IT. I do see how reasonable people can come to your belief system. I do see how the Scriptures seem to support both your interpretation and mine. The problem is that the Holy Spirit is not leading the two of us in different directions, so one of us is wrong. Each of us say it is the other. This is the point at which we end up arguing authority, and I'm happy to go over the Scriptures again for anyone else who is interested.

Reasonable people can be creationist or evolutionists. Reasonable people can be atheists, agnostics, Protestants, Hindus, and Catholics. Does that negate that I believe there is One Truth? Not at all. But if faith is a gift, how can you condemn those who don't see the beauty of Jesus Christ?

Libby, I WAS talking about the Mormons not you.
And yes, that's what they say but you have to ask them who is their Jesus (every facet of Him) and that's when you'll see that they do not believe in the same one you & I do.
And Jesus is the only place you need to begin when talking to them.

There are some Scriptures that may have 2 meanings but most of them do not. All I said is that you & I can't have different interpretations of the verses that clearly don't.

WHAT?? Catholics are hated by the masses??

I don't remember EVER seeing anyone picketing a Catholic church service.. or a world leader calling out for the extermination of Catholics.. MAYBE Christians, or everyone BUT Muslims.. But never have I heard Catholics being singled out in a hate speech..

I don't think current day Jews are the most hated, at least no in our country.. but they come up in State speeches from world leaders almost daily..

Matter of fact, I can't think of ANY single religion brought up by a world leader .. or someone talking about a religions extermination from our planet but one..

God and I had a very personal conversation last night, he'd says you're full of hate, and nobody should listen to you or fear joining you in your eternal damnation..

I knelt and prayed, and sought answers, and He delivered.
