Was inclined to agree until last night. When he lied to Maggie about where he met Tara. That's gonna be a source of conflict, soooooo, they'll drag it out.

I seem to remember a few weeks ago they started off an episode which appeared to be a Flash-Forward. Glen and Darryl apparently travelling together picked up Bob alone on the road. After Darryl vetted him, Bob got in the truck introduced himself to Glen, and off they went. Glen didn't recognize Bob. But last night they met up.
So now I'm thinking I'm either crazy, remembering wrong, or misread what that was.

and I am always glad when he doesn't.

There is nothing optimistic or uplifting about it. It is foreboding, hopeless, and dark. The lack of security says there is another kind of security that is far far stronger, and I am dreading to see what it might be.

Carol was a nut bar in the comic...I just read 95-100 last night. Two hugely signifigant characters bite the dust (I think....I thought that about Carl too) and we meet a guy that makes the Governor look like a boy scout.
